Foundational excellence
This one-day program is an education immersion into the structure and operations of the produce industry. Topics covered include: food system economics, product and information flows, consumer and competitive trends and other critical industry issues. The program provides a foundation to understand and appreciate the produce industry’s critical role in the food system, as well as helping participants excel in their current and near-future jobs.
Who should attend?
Junior industry executives with less than 5 years’ experience in sales, procurement, food safety, marketing, logistics or related functions.
