Services Management
Researchers within services management seek to establish Cornell as a leader in services research, with curricula driven by frontier knowledge and industry and societal trends. The interdisciplinary area’s long-term goal is to create a path for new scholars to become professors of service management in the same way that traditional business schools have evolved to produce professors in traditional core areas. Success in the new area will include publication both in a core set of high-quality academic journals unique to services and in other top-tier traditional discipline journals.
Our faculty teach a variety of core and elective classes across the three schools and across undergraduate, professional graduate, and doctoral programs.
