Noteworthy: Eswar Prasad featured on Bloomberg Markets
Eswar Prasad, the Nandlal P. Tolani Senior Professor of International Trade Policy at the Dyson School, spoke with Bloomberg Markets about the state of China’s economy. Prasad mentioned that concerns from last year and early this year about whether the Chinese economy is growing steadily are “concerns of the past.” Additionally, he said: “Both manufacturing and services sectors seem to be holding up reasonably well, so China is growing somewhere in the range of six-and-a-half to seven percent.”
