Success in business is never static, and we can help you throughout your career. All SC Johnson College alumni are part of a powerful network of fellow business and thought leaders, from our schools, our college and Cornell University.

We offer a suite of career resources for alumni from the Charles H. Dyson School of Applied Economics and Management, Samuel Curtis Johnson Graduate School of Management and the Cornell Peter and Stephanie Nolan School of Hotel Administration.

Additionally, alumni of the college also have access to Cornell career support, including online events and workshops, industry-specific content, career stories from Cornell alumni and more.

Strategic career coaching

One-on-one strategic and tactical career coaching is available to support alumni in career transition. All Cornell SC Johnson College of Business alumni are eligible to schedule career coaching sessions with a Cornell career coach.

Topics may include:

  • Advice about career-related resources, the alumni network, and online tools available
  • Guidance in researching potential careers, industries, and job markets
  • Advice on effective networking strategies
  • Resume and cover letter reviews and critique
  • Assistance with interview skills preparation and practice
  • Advice on salary negotiation
