One-Year MBA

Speaking to a record 160 participants, Horstmann gave the keynote address at this year’s Johnson Women in Business (JWiB) event and symposium.

Students voted to enact a grade non-disclosure policy. Under this referendum, they cannot disclose their grades to recruiters during the job search process.

This June, a record number of Johnson’s women MBAs attended the Forté MBA Women’s Leadership Conference in Atlanta, Georgia.

Johnson recently welcomed 69 One-Year MBA candidates to our campus in Ithaca. MBA students—together with their peers from the incoming Johnson Cornell Tech MBA program—have been getting to know one another, working in core teams, and tackling classroom and leadership challenges.

Faculty members Bill Schmidt, Risa Mish, and Allan Filipowicz were nominated by the Class of 2018 to deliver this year’s Last Lectures and offer life advice and parting words of wisdom to soon-to-be MBA graduates.

Graduates of the Samuel Curtis Johnson Graduate School of Management were celebrated at two recognition ceremonies on Saturday, May 26. Congratulations to the Class of 2018!

Several students in the One-Year, Two-Year, and Johnson Cornell Tech MBA programs were individually recognized for their contributions and achievements at the annual Dean’s Awards Brunch on Friday, May 25.

A spinoff of Johnson’s year-round REDtalks, GRADtalks offers MBA students the chance to share their personal stories with classmates moments before the last Sage Social of the year.
