During her time at Cornell, Helen J. Recknagel was the editor of Cornell Hotel and Restaurant Administration Quarterly, a hospitality magazine.
In addition to teaching food and nutrition in a home economics class, Myrtle H. Ericson had more than 38 known publications on topics related to food, nutrition and meal planning.
During her time at Cornell, Lana Hall’s research included agricultural sector models for policy planning in developing countries and the effects of Public Law 480, which established a broad basis for U.S. distribution of foreign food aid.
Jan A. Sweeney taught managerial accounting and economics to first years, but her other works are unknown.
Current and active professor of finance Maureen O’Hara was also a founding member of the Responsible Research for Business Management consortium, served as president of the American Finance Association and served on the Board of Trustees of Teachers Insurance and Annuity Association, among many other accomplishments.
