The Grand Challenges program at Dyson is a way for undergrads to engage in complex community challenges on a local and global scale.

Luke Verzella ’23 is an undergraduate student pursuing a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in hotel administration at the Cornell Nolan School of Hotel Administration. He is also minoring in real estate.

Dana Birke ’23 is an undergraduate student pursuing a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in hotel administration at the Cornell Peter and Stephanie Nolan School of Hotel Administration.

Wiseman ’23 is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in applied economics and management from Dyson, and minoring in leadership.

Staff Sergeant Benjamin Weathersby ‘23 is a United States Army veteran, and certified sommelier, and undergraduate student at the Cornell Nolan School of Hotel Administration.

Sergeant Braden Smith ‘23 is a US Marine Corps veteran and undergraduate student pursuing a bachelor’s degree in applied economics and management from the Charles H. Dyson School of Applied Economics and Management.

Bianny De La Cruz ’24 is an undergraduate student pursuing a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in hotel administration at the Cornell Peter and Stephanie Nolan School of Hotel Administration.

Nicole Shulman ’23 is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in applied economics and management from Dyson, concentrating in finance and business analytics.

Maxwell Diamond ’24 is a Nolan School undergraduate student pursuing a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in hotel administration. He is also planning on minoring in real estate.
