Marketing and Management Communications
The Cornell SC Johnson College of Business is the home of world-renowned researchers and teachers in marketing and management communication. Our research addresses a wide range of problems in marketing with specific strengths in services and hospitality marketing, food and eating, digital marketing, marketing analytics, and consumer decision-making. In management communication, research by several of our faculty is setting the standards for teaching managers how to communicate.
We teach a full portfolio of courses in marketing and management communication with a special emphasis on services marketing, action-based immersion courses, brand management, quantitative skills, and food, as well as written and oral management communication. Our experienced management communication team focuses on informational and persuasive presentations, as well as classes in interpersonal, crisis, intercultural and strategic communication for today’s corporate leaders.
