Center for Innovative Hospitality Labor and Employment Relations
The Cornell Center for Innovative Hospitality Labor and Employment Relations (CIHLER) combines academic and industry resources for research, education, and dialogue dedicated to the modernization of hospitality industry labor and management relations and human resources management. To support both management and labor, the center sponsors research, classroom enrichment, and industry roundtables. The center also offers a forum for the most recent analysis of labor and employment law by experts and practitioners throughout the industry.
